Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with the tracking number.

 

Note: Potential delays can take place due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of Pasar Palestin Sdn Bhd’s control.

 

Domestic Shipping Fee

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. For domestic shipments, we charge a flat charge of RM 5.00. Free shipping with orders over RM 200. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Pasar Palestin Sdn Bhd located at No 1-138 Plaza Idaman, Jalan 5 /21D, Medan Idaman 53000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with pick up instructions. 

 

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We’re working with our partners to enable International Shipment. For now, we do not provide international shipping. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us confirming your order. A separate email with the tracking number will be sent so that you may check your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

 

If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pasarpalestin.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
