RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We really hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy: 

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address: 1-138 Plaza Idaman, Jalan 5/21D Medan Idaman, 53300 wpkl. Please include your contact details and address in the mailed item. 

Please note:

  • Any shipping fees the customer will need to pay
  • Any return restocking fees the customer will need to pay

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your returned item and inspecting the condition, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange. Please allow up to 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
