Ajwa dates, also known as Kurma Ajwa, are among the most luxurious varieties of dates. Grown exclusively in Madinah, Saudi Arabia, these dates are prized for their rich quality. They have a distinct appearance, ranging from dark brown to deep black, often marked by fine white wrinkles. Despite being a type of dry fruit, Ajwa dates are uniquely soft in texture.
